Bobby Ray Quarles, age 73, of Pine Bluff passed away on Sunday, May 19, 2019. He was born July 6, 1945 in Bearden, Arkansas to the late William A. Quarles and Florence Vincent Quarles. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his siblings, Charles Quarles, Jeffrey Quarles, Gerald Quarles and Lessie Davis. He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying, hunting, fishing, winning at bingo and dominos and most of all spending time with his family.He is survived [...] ......
