Average Joe`s becomes Villas at Essex Woods

There`s still a residential development planned for the former Average Joe`s property in Amherst, but it now has a different developer and plan. Essex Homes of Western New York has acquired the property from fellow developer Rob Savarino and is in the early stages of building the Villas at Essex Woods in two phases, with 22 units planned initially, Essex will be developing 48 total villas.
