A Queens man claims he lost his left eye after a Long Island cop zapped it with a Taser. Devon Williams, 23, says a Freeport police officer hit him in the eye with his stun gun, which fires metal darts that piece the skin and immobilize suspects, after he bolted from officers in May 2018....
