Third-graders helped Beachwood Council craft legislation to add seat belts to new school buses

Beachwood City Council, on Monday, approved legislation that calls for seat belts to be added to all newly purchased Beachwood Schools buses. To add seat belts costs about $4,000 per bus. The idea came from third graders at Hilltop Elementary School.
