Initial reports from the National Transportation Safety Board revealed additional information surrounding the events that led to two fatal airplane crashes in La Verne at the Brackett Field Airport. The two crashes — their timing described at the time as coincidental — involved registered personal flights and happened in the span of less than 24 hours. One was on Sept. 30 and the second was on Oct. 1.
