Area bands head to UIL contest

Beginning this week, marching bands that have provided the sights and sounds of halftime in area football stadiums will take care of a little business of their own. It`s time for marching contest. `Our show is going to be called `A Toy`s Life, Cross Roads,` band Director Alexander Montgomery said. `It`s kind of like when Andy leaves the room in `Toy Story` and the toys come to life. There`ll be a lot of familiar tunes....
