ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) - In New York state government news, Gov. Andrew Cuomo is significantly outspending rival Cynthia Nixon as next month`s Democratic primary nears. While recent campaign filings show both candidates raised about the same amount, Cuomo outspent the former `Sex and the City` star by more than 10 to 1.
