LAKE POINSETT - If you can´t get to the fish, maybe you can get the fish to come to you. That´s the idea adopted by Ralph Kitson, president of the Glacial Lakes Chapter of Walleyes Unlimited, as he and S.D. Game, Fish and Parks staff placed five fish-attracting devices into the waters of Lake Poinsett Thursday morning. The fish attractors aren´t high tech.
