NORWICH — Work to upgrade the nearly 5,000 streetlights across Norwich is under way.Norwich Public Utilities announced Friday that the city’s 4,984 public and private streetlights will feature light-emitting diode bulbs instead of the traditional high-pressure sodium bulbs that are currently in use.
