KINGSTON — An Ulster County grand jury has indicted a Poughkeepsie man on murder and vehicular homicide charges in a July crash that killed a New Paltz woman.The July 1 crash killed Danielle Pecoraro, 39, of New Paltz and injured a 24-year-old passenger in her Ford pickup.The indictment handed up Wednesday charges Ryan B.
