The Los Angeles District Attorney`s office has officially declined to prosecute a sexual assault case against Marilyn Manson, announced on Friday (Aug. 10). According to the D.A.`s documents, as obtained by Variety, the statute of limitation on two charges from 2011 have expired and there was also an absence of corroboration for a sexual assault claim.
