A Mayor de Blasio fundraiser — whose engineering firms have been awarded millions of dollars in city contracts — has been charged with enlisting his employees to donate to the 2013 mayoral election and reimbursing them through end-of-the-year bonuses in a bribery-filled corruption scheme, Manhattan prosecutors said Wednesday.
