State attorney files felony charges on homeless couple

BARTOW — A homeless couple has once again been arrested, this time after the State Attorney`s Office filed third-degree felony charges against them.Tabitha Drake, 46, and Jeffrey McGinty, 53, were arrested Wednesday by the  Bartow Police Department, the latest in a number of arrests on lighter charges for the couple known to residents and law enforcement officers for living on sidewalks, refusing aid and accumulating bags of trash and human waste.The couple has ......
