Tips lead to drug arrests in communities

The DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office followed up on some tips from residents about drug activity in the Aroney-Rodentown community, leading to two arrests, according to Sheriff Jimmy Harris.Jason Brent Barclay, 44, of Boaz, and Mark Shannon Amos, 43, of Crossville, were charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.Chief Deputy Michael Edmondson said tips are helpful to the department in making drug arrests, [...] ......
