Rolling Loud Festival will make San Bernardino the epicenter of hip-hop

Most of the major Southern California music festivals mix all sorts of genres in their lineups, but the latest concert to hit the area is laser-focused on just one genre: hip-hop. The three-year-old Rolling Loud Festival makes its local debut at San Bernardino’s NOS Events Center Dec. 16-17 with a lineup of more than 70 artists, with Schoolboy Q headlining Saturday and Future closing out the night on Sunday. “We are a 100 percent hip-hop festival.
