Police: Man fled on foot after crashing car in Woodstock

WOODSTOCK - A man is facing charges after police say he evaded the scene of a crash in Woodstock and was arrested after a police dog led troopers to his location.At 7:09 p.m., police say a trooper responding to a one-car crash on East Quasset Road determined driver Joshua Brown, 23, had fled the scene on foot.According to the release, a trooper and police dog were requested to track Brown.The dog track included traversing more than two miles through snow-covered [...] ......
