A Monday morning groundbreaking ceremony marked the start of construction on a new 646,400-square-foot facility in Gardner for Excelligence Learning Corp. Headquartered in Monterey, Calif., Exelligence develops, manufactures and distributes educational supplies, equipment and services for child care programs, preschools, elementary schools and consumers nationwide.
