OCALA — A woman who lifted up her night gown and exposed herself to a 6-year-old boy to teach him a lesson was arrested by police Thursday.A 29-year-old woman told an Ocala Police Department officer on Thursday that Carmen Justice, 56, had been drinking and dancing in the kitchen.
