Q: As a vegan, what are your favorite vegan-friendly restaurants?A: I really like Bibibop (Asian Grill, multiple locations); it’s sort of like Chipotle, but it’s Korean instead of Mexican food. I like that as a cheaper option. There also is this place on the south end of campus called Eden Burger (1437 N. High St.). It’s cool example of how vegan restaurants are becoming more popular.
