Nortrax Inc. sold its construction equipment rental facilities in Miami and Riviera Beach for a combined $15.1 million. Tampa-based Nortax is a John Deere Construction equipment dealer. There´s been increased demand for that equipment as the construction sector in South Florida has been busy. In Miami, Nortrax sold the 28,034-square-foot dealership on 7.8-acers at 4343 N.W. 77th Ave. for $10.24 million to DJD Real Estate Holding, managed by Memphis, Tennessee-based Dobbs Management Service.
