Appeals court to review judge´s order allowing abortion for undocumented teen immigrant

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit said the pregnant 17-year-old may go to an abortion clinic Thursday for pre-abortion counseling but cannot terminate the pregnancy before it has a chance to rule on the case.
