An Ocala man on probation for lewd and lascivious molestation and worthless check is facing theft charges in Fort Pierce.Robert Walter Mauro was arrested by a Fort Pierce Police Department officer on July 21 for stealing a DVD and putting it in his shorts` waistband while at Walmart. He was charged with retail petit theft.Mauro`s hearing on his latest charge was on Friday and the next court date for the 30-year-old is Oct. 23.Convicted of lewd and lascivious molestation ......
