Hurricane Harvey cats make it to the Capital Region

Countless homeless felines in Houston-area shelters, overwhelmed by Hurricane Harvey, were sent to other southern shelters in the days before and after the storm but many were euthanized before being adopted or transferred elsewhere. Thirteen lucky cats, who survived both the storm and the transfer from North Carolina, arrived at Albany`s Whiskers Animal Benevolent League Friday afternoon. ......
