New Moon shopping center planned

A 25,000 square-foot shopping center in Moon Township was announced Tuesday by Synergy Real Estate Corp., according to the Beaver County Times. The project, to be known as University Center, will likely break ground later this year at the intersection of University Boulevard and Interstate 376 Business Loop. A gas station, a few restaurants and a hotel are among the potential tenants for the nine-building project that will stretch a quarter-mile at the intersection, the Beaver County Times reported. ......
