The state`s highest court set limits Tuesday on conclusions that an officer can offer in court about a defendant who is suspected of driving under the influence of marijuana.In a case resulting from a traffic stop by state police in Millbury four years ago, the Supreme Judicial Court ruled that officers cannot offer testimony on results of field sobriety tests to determine if a driver is intoxicated by pot.
