MCLEAN, Va., Sept. 19, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Gladstone Capital Corporation (NASDAQ:GLAD) (the `Company`) today announced that it has entered into an agreement to sell 1,800,000 shares of its newly designated 6.00% Series 2024 Term Preferred Stock (the `Series 2024 Term Preferred Stock`) at a public offering price of $25.00 per share, raising $45.0 million in gross proceeds and approximately $43.3 million in net proceeds after payment of underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated expenses of the offering payable by the Company.
