APA BOARD OF DIRECTORS CONVENES FOR SPECIAL MEETING: After spending the morning in caucus at union headquarters in Fort Worth, the APA Board of Directors convened at 1 p.m. for this week`s special meeting. APA President CA Dan Carey began his opening remarks by stating that `we`ve had a significant year,` citing the pay rate increases and the settlement of nearly 600 outstanding grievances.
