Despite ODOT`s moratorium on road work during eclipse weekend, the northbound lanes of OR 99E, Southeast McLoughlin Boulevard, will close again for the weekend as crews work to replace the bridge over Crystal Springs with a culvert. The work is time-sensitive and can`t be delayed....
