CESO Inc., one of the largest engineering firms in the Dayton region, looks to open an office in Austin Landing. The civil engineering firm has filed a permit to renovate space at 3601 Rigby Road. The Montgomery County filing indicates the 15,700-square-foot space would be on the third floor with a $500,000 renovation price tag.
