4 Greater Cincinnati cities among those banning medical marijuana businesses

Communities across Greater Cincinnati and Ohio are banning or delaying the development of medical marijuana businesses within their borders. Most recently, Hilliard City Council in Franklin County recommended a six-month moratorium on all businesses - cultivators, retail dispensaries and processors - after eyeing allowing one dispensary.
