Enjoy the dip: Gas prices dropped, but be wary of spring rebound

Motorists are getting a gas-price break after a 32-cent per-gallon hike over the last two weeks of January. Florida`s average price was down nine cents on Monday compared to the previous week and could drop further, thanks to weakening crude oil prices. But warm weather is coming, and that means gas refineries will soon be switching to a more-expensive blend of summer gasoline. That, combined with higher demand from motorists taking spring vacations, typically boosts gas prices.
