Legal challenges to six candidates seeking appointments by Gov. Ron DeSantis to appeals courts took another twist, after plaintiffs filed requests to disqualify Florida Supreme Court Justice Renatha Francis from the cases. Her appointment from Palm Beach Circuit judge to justice is the issue.
