Airlines to bring job training programs to Chicago as they search for more mechanics

American Airlines and United Airlines, which both operate major hubs at O`Hare International Airport, are now creating programs geared toward aspiring mechanics to address a hiring need for airplane mechanics. American Airlines now has a partnership with the Aviation Institute of Maintenance.
