Goliath grouper catch approved by Florida wildlife commission

The Florida wildlife commission approved a catch of up to 200 goliath grouper, a species protected since 1990. The catch will exclude adult fish and prohibit catching them off the southeast Florida coast. Divers and conservationists opposed the decision. Fishing groups supported it.
