Apple tends to design reliable tech rather than flashy new products — why?

People yell for innovation, but Apple`s conservative product design seems to pay off in the long run. Is Apple`s design philosophy really the best one? There`s no question that Apple has a conservative approach to its product design philosophy. People like to say that the company doesn`t innovate anymore because it sure feels like it`s been a long time since Steve Jobs, Tim Cook, or anyone else has come on stage with a product that genuinely shocked us. Heck, even the brand new iPhone 13 still uses the same essential design elements that the iPhone X had four years ago. But is that such a bad thing? Ask any tech enthusiast, and they will likely tell you that they wish Apple would take a page from Microsoft or Samsung`s book and push the envelope with new designs and features on its products.
