DownDetector is reporting dozens of interruptions across multiple websites
It looks like half the internet is down right now. As we speak, dozens of popular websites are unreachable, but the cause is yet to be determined. A tipster reached out to us telling us that Reddit, Twitch, Amazon (working again for us), Stack Overflow (up for us), PayPal, Etsy, Vimeo (working again), Shopify (up for us), Spotify, AWS (up for us), HMRC, eBay, GitHub, Pintrest, Twitter, Squarespace, Imgur, Fandom/Wikia, Tidal, Kickstarter, and possibly many more are currently showing as down on DownDetector.
