The addition means users can cast their streaming TV, movies, and sports right from their iPhone and iPad and onto their big television for the first time. The use case here is pretty obvious because it means users don`t need to have the Slink app installed. As more TVs begging to support AirPlay this is a huge deal, giving people the chance to cast to a big screen with just a few taps.
