Suspected gunman in Hollywood shooting turns himself in to police

The 22-year-old man who police said shot another man in Hollywood turned himself in to the police on Friday, one day after the shooting. Hollywood Police circulated Tyler Santiago`s photo on Thursday night and said the public should consider him armed and dangerous. About 24 hours later, he turned himself in.
