Names of destructive hurricanes Dorian, Laura, Eta and Iota to be retired

No more Dorian or Laura, but in their place expect Dexter and Leah. Those hurricane names were permanently retired Wednesday by the World Meteorological Organization, following the tradition of avoiding the repetition of names of particularly destructive storms.
