ERIE – The beat goes on for Erie Mason’s girls basketball team. The Eagles turned in another sterling defensive performance in a 57-34 victory over Morenci to run their record to 8-0. Mason gave up just 2 points in the first quarter and 7 in the second while scoring 18 in each of those periods for a 27-point lead at halftime.
