NOVI – The Novi Wildcats got out to a big lead then held off the Canton Chiefs for a 5-4 win in KLAA hockey action on Tuesday night. The Wildcats` top line of Nate Erskine, Issac Gibbs, and Jacob Amalfitano scored four goals in the opening period to stake Novi to a 4-0 lead, with Gibbs getting a hat trick and Erskine assisting on all four goals.
