PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mar 2, 2021-- Cable One, Inc. (NYSE: CABO) (“Cable One” or the “Company”) today announced the pricing of a private offering (the “Offering”) of $500.0 million aggregate principal amount of its 0.00% convertible senior notes due 2026 (the “2026 Notes”) and $300.0 million aggregate principal amount of its 1.125% convertible senior notes due 2028 (the “2028 Notes” and, together with the “2026 Notes”, the “Notes”). The size of the Offering was increased from the previously announced $400.0 million in aggregate principal amount of 2026 Notes and $200.0 million in aggregate principal amount of 2028 Notes.
