Accused kidnapper spent most of adult life behind bars

Jaddier T. Sanchez, 37, of West Palm Beach, is scheduled to appear before a judge Fairfax County, Va., on Wednesday morning on three weapons charges, a drug charge and a traffic offense. Back in Florida, he is facing a mountain of charges that could include three counts of kidnapping, armed robbery and grand theft of a vehicle.
