Cameras are staring right at drivers on I-95, but even footage of shootings is quickly erased. Florida`s most deadly and congested highway has seen an increase in shootings in the past year, but without video footage or other technology to capture evidence, Florida Highway Patrol troopers rarely solve the cases.
