Coronavirus-positive Judiciary Republican Tillis says he will participate in Barrett hearings remotely, vote in person

Sen. Thom Tillis, a Republican on the Senate Judiciary Committee, said Tuesday that he expects to participate in the confirmation hearings for Supreme Court nominee Amy Coney Barrett remotely, but believes he will be cleared to return to the Capitol in person to vote on moving her nomination out of committee.
