Broward and Palm Beach counties sending out small first batch of vote-by-mail ballots on Friday

The first, relatively small, batches of vote-by-mail ballots are getting sent out by the Broward and Palm Beach County elections offices on Friday. They`re going to several thousand people in the military and who live overseas. There are special rules governing their votes. Miami-Dade County`s are going out on Saturday.
