Tropical Storm Isaias grows closer to Carolinas as potential for hurricane increases

Tropical Storm Isaias is ramping up to be at or near hurricane strength before it makes landfall in the Carolinas, according to the National Hurricane Center`s latest advisory. The storm has maintained its strength throughout the day, but forecasters said it has now become “better organized.”
