Victory in Chini by-election signals better BN-PAS cooperation

PEKAN, July 5 -- The Barisan Nasional’s (BN) victory with a big majority in the Chini by-election (PRK) yesterday signalled that the party could achieve success with PAS support, as well as with the cooperation of other parties under Perikatan Nasional (PN).
