Horses idle as rodeos canceled

Dozens of Illinois rodeos are on hiatus this summer in an effort to stop the spread of COVID-19. Big Hat Rodeo, based in Harvard, canceled all 10 of its Midwest rodeos this year. The company has lost $100,000 in income. But the horses still need to be fed, and they eat more when they`re not working.
