COVID-19 UPDATE Old Town Scottsdale business charged with violating COVID-19 orders. Riot House was charged for violating Governor Doug Ducey`s Executive Orders to control the spread of COVID-19. Other Old Town Scottsdale businesses are under investigation and also may be charged for similar violations. Riot House is specifically charged with failing to enforce its own safety and health policy - staff and patrons not practicing physical distancing, not wearing face coverings and not complying with its safety plan.
